Let me introduce you to Meg.
Meg is the local village wise woman, the one you go to when you are suffering from one of those awful lingering things like the Ague or the Vapours ;o)
She is also the village midwife and has helped many ladies in their time of need.
Meg never charges a penny for her work, she does this because it's her calling, this is how you know that she is a real wise woman.
She does like to pop in for cake and a good brew though, so please make sure you have something to nibble when she visits.
Many young folks have been helped along by one of Meg's love potions, although she only creates them for the right couples of course ;o)
She also heals poorly animals but prefers to help cats as she is rather fond of them.

No one knows how old Meg is...some say their Grandparents knew her when they were children and she looked the same as she does now...maybe she has tapped into one of those fountain of youth mysteries?

In a sitting position, from her feet to the top of her hat, Meg measures eight and a half inches approximately (8 & 1/2") (21cm), standing she would be around 10-12 inches tall.
